Archive for June, 2008The iTeam with Randy Travis was out at the house filming the good half of a segment about home manager/staging services for real estate.
The seller of this home is living elsewhere. So, instead of leaving a vacant home without furniture, he elected to bring in a home management team to stage the home as well as live in it to take care of any issues and maintenance that may pop up.
We are using Showhomes of Atlanta for this property, and they are doing a great job. in fact, most of the furniture and furnishings you see in the pics and video belong to the home manager. Another local seller hasn’t been as lucky with the home management team.
When Showhomes and the iTeam got in touch, and a request was made to show a property where the concept is working well, Showhomes selected 9010 Brixham Court. It is a property that they are very proud to showcase.
