I added the historical data so that you could see that the Dollar is bouncing along at historical lows.  So, while property is looking like a better investment for US residents because the market is bottoming, for those investing with foreign currencies, there is a double possibility.  When the US Dollar starts rising again, the return for US real estate will be that much higher.

The seller of this home is living elsewhere.  So, instead of leaving a vacant home without furniture, he elected to bring in a home management team to stage the home as well as live in it to take care of any issues and maintenance that may pop up.

We are using Showhomes of Atlanta for this property, and they are doing a great job.  in fact, most of the furniture and furnishings you see in the pics and video belong to the home manager.  Another local seller hasn’t been as lucky with the home management team.
