Sharon Elementary School in Suwanee (Forsyth County) has a bit over 1500 students in Pre-K through 5th grade. GreatSchools.net gives then a 10 out of 10 rating for performance. It also gets a 5 start rating from the parents that have graded it there (out of 5 stars).

The CRCT scores for the students are all in the high 90% range (94%-99%). This means that anywhere from 94% to 99% of the students exceed the standards in Math, Reading, English Language Arts, Social Studies and Science. The state averages are from the low to high 80% range (except one in the mid 60% range for science). Obviously the school is doing quite well on educating its students. Here is one of the reviews from a parent at the site:

Sharon Elementary is a wonderful school. I currently have 3 children in the school and am impressed with the academic programs as well as the extracurricular activities. Now that the new school (Johns Creek Elementary) has opened the over crowded conditions have been eliminated. It is a wonderful environment for any family to be a part of. We moved from Michigan where I thought we attended great schools. I was hoping Sharon would be equal to Michigan Schools. However, Sharon has exceeded my expectations.
